Neville Warnes

Neville has been a Norwich City fan for as long as he can remember.

He started going to games when they played in the Third Division South.

As a teenager, he remembers the FA Cup replay v Portsmouth when City recorded their highest attendance, to that date, of over 40,000.

During the 1958/59 cup run, Neville was in the RAF based in Sussex.

He drove back to Norwich to pick his Dad up and then onwards to Birmingham to watch the replay against Luton and then had to do the journey in reverse to get back to work the next morning.

The Lower Barclay

In 1975, he took his daughter to her first match at Carrow Road and they attended many games together over the years.

Until the end of the 2021/22 season, Neville was a season ticket holder in the Barclay Lower.
